Frequently Asked Questions
General
What is NeuroHash?
NeuroHash is an enterprise GPU cloud platform that provides on-demand access to NVIDIA GPUs for AI training and inference. We offer single GPU instances, multi-GPU clusters, and private cloud deployments.
What GPUs are available?
We offer NVIDIA B200, H200, H100, A100, A10, GH200, and RTX A6000 GPUs in various configurations from 1x to 8x multi-GPU instances.
What is Robinhood Chain?
Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 network (Chain ID: 4663) built on Arbitrum Orbit. It uses ETH as its native token with ~100ms block times. NeuroHash uses Robinhood Chain for all payments.
Account & Wallet
How do I create an account?
Go to neurohash.cloud/signup, enter your email, and verify with the OTP code sent to your inbox. See the full guide.
How do I fund my wallet?
Send ETH on Robinhood Chain (Chain ID: 4663) to your NeuroHash wallet address, which you can find in Dashboard > Settings. See Wallet Setup for details.
What if I lose my recovery phrase?
Your recovery phrase is the only way to recover your wallet outside of NeuroHash. If you lose it, your funds in the NeuroHash wallet are still accessible through the platform, but you cannot import the wallet into external applications. We strongly recommend backing up your recovery phrase immediately after account creation.
Can I use MetaMask with Robinhood Chain?
Yes. Add a custom network in MetaMask with RPC URL https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com and Chain ID 4663. See Funding Your Wallet for step-by-step instructions.
GPU Instances
How quickly can I launch an instance?
Instances typically launch within 60 seconds of clicking "Launch Instance."
What software comes pre-installed?
All instances come with CUDA, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python 3.x, JupyterLab, and common ML libraries pre-installed.
How do I connect to my instance?
Via SSH: ssh ubuntu@<instance-ip>. The IP address is shown in your dashboard after the instance is running.
What happens if my wallet runs out of funds?
Your running instances will be automatically terminated to prevent negative balance. All data on the instance is lost. Keep your wallet funded to avoid this.
Can I pause an instance instead of terminating it?
Currently, instances can only be running or terminated. There is no pause/resume functionality. When you terminate, billing stops and the instance is deleted.
Why does it say "No regions available"?
This means all GPUs of the selected type are currently in use. Try a different GPU type or check back later — capacity is released as other users terminate their instances.
Billing
How am I charged?
Per-minute usage, billed hourly. The USD price is converted to ETH using live CoinGecko exchange rates at the time of each charge.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. No egress fees, no setup fees, no minimum spend. You only pay for actual compute time.
What is the minimum balance required?
You need at least enough ETH to cover 1 hour of your selected GPU instance type.
Can I get a refund?
The first hour is charged upon launch. If you terminate within the first hour, the charge still applies. After the first hour, billing is per-minute with no additional charges after termination.
Security
Is my wallet secure?
Your wallet's private key and mnemonic are encrypted with AES-256 encryption and stored securely. Only you can access your funds through your account or recovery phrase.
How is my data protected on GPU instances?
Each instance is isolated. When you terminate an instance, all data is permanently deleted and the hardware is sanitized before reallocation.
